Today

Today OPA is looking to the future. OPA recently sponsored banners that were hung in downtown Fort Walton Beach in Cinco Bayou. These banners display artwork from Okaloosa County's talented high school students.

OPA recently sponsored the "Emerald Coast Herons" project, three-dimensional, five foot tall herons displayed throughout Okaloosa County. They were painted by local artists (see herons tab). The herons were unveiled on Feb. 1, 2023! They are a great way to bring art to our community in a different way, and shine a light on the talent in our community.

Most recently, OPA sponsored another juried art show at the Administrative Building in Shalimar. Please see the Artist's Choice Winners in the menu to view the winners!
